Listing Page is Throwing Out that I Ship Internationally even CANADA and I live there.

Before reading please keep in mind that I am a Canadian selling on eBay.com and have done so since 1997

In a nutshell the system is throwing out my shipping rate for Canada (which I live in) and any International destination which I have ALWAYS included with my listings. Yesterday I revised more than 80 items and thought that by systematically redoing the INTERNATIONAL shipping rates that I had the problem solved.

I repeatedly did the following:

(1.) Adding a Shipping Service.. In my case ECONOMY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  - 13-23 Business Days.

(2)Add the shipping rate of $10.95

(3) Then hitting Destination Country of CANADA. Which when accepted, the System WOULD automatically display that I would ship Worldwide.

“YEAH” I thought… “I did it” I found the fix.

This morning just about every single listing from yesterdays revisions was showing that I would NOT ship to any International Destinations INCLUDING Canada.  (I haven’t checked all of them though) All the work and time I spent revising those 80 listings was in vain.  It just kicks out the Additional Locations and reverts it back to NoneWhile it says I DON'T ship INTERNATIONALLY to Canada or anywhere else outside of the USA, in a couple of cases it shows that I ship INTERNATIONALLY  to Japan, South Korea and the USA??!!? WHAT’S THAT ALL ABOUT!!!!!! BTW my Domestic Shipping Rates take care of the USA. This is absolutely frustrating.

I have DELETED ALL of MY TEMPLATES and made a new one. I thought it would cure the problem. But no, it didn't.

There is a serious problem with the Listing Page. Since Sunday March 5th I've had nothing but trouble. Don't know what you people did but it sure has messed me up.

Go back to the Classic Listing Page until you fix EACH and EVERY ONE of these glitches, flaws whatever. eBay has ALWAYS recommended that we ship Globally. But hey I've given up. I'm listing and if I can list it Internationally that's great, if I can't I'll just take the listing down.

Not sure it's the issue but I'm seeing North America on your exclusion list. If you list on .com then "North America" means Canada and Mexico.

My point exactly. North America IS NOT on my exclusion list. Never has been never will be. This is an eBay

software problem.

If you don't mind can you check a couple more of my items? Please see if you are seeing the same thing that you saw with your example above on any of the other listings. Thank. you. I'll be forever grateful.

Not sure if you will get this message but am so hoping you can help me as have this exact same issue that you had a year ago and am so frustrated after three agents and community trying to help to no avail.

Please if you have any suggestions for a fix so I can have my listing NOT say I do not ship from Canada I will be so appreciative.

I am from Canada & sell on eBay.com.

Thank you for your kind attention.
