I discovered that over the past few days approximately 300 of my auctions that offered calculated shipping for USPS First Class changed to free shipping!
According to my listing service (InkFrog) they had nothing to do with it. They point back to eBay having a glitch. When I spoke to a supervisor from eBay yesterday he told me that I was the first person to report this problem. eBay confirmed that according to their logs the changes were all made on December 20 at exactly the same time and seemed to want to point the problem back to me or InkFrog. Been selling on eBay since 1997 and have well over 30,000 transactions, so the suggestion that somehow I changed 300 auctions at the same exact time to "free" so that I could lose money is ridiculous!
Has anyone had similar problems.
