Links to other user's feedback and listings are gone

When I visit the chat boards on Help & Contact, there used to be links to both the feedback score and the available listings from that original poster. It hasn't been there for a while now. I used to be able to offer suggestions by reviewing other seller's listings and/or feedback, but can't anymore.
