If ebay's related to paypal then its a known issue out there that paypal blocks certain banks arbitrarily.

I found this out when trying to withdraw funds to my Bluebird  (AMEX?) account years ago. Seemed paypal/ebay had major VISA/MC-banking preference at least back then!

I also receive this message every time I try to link my new Chime account (it is in the list).  I've tried the bank from the list and tried entering routing and account info manually.  Both give the same error.

Are you sure the name and address on the ebay account and bank account match?  John L. Doe and John Doe won't work.......it's easier to change the name on ebay than the bank account.
