That link seems to be working for me in Firefox.
Any difference if you use a private browser window to open that link? If so, try clearing your browser cache, and possibly deleting just your eBay cookies.

Problem solved. You were right. Turned out to be with the Cache. Not ebays fault. I am reluctant to delete Cookies because than you lose your login scripts, however deleting Cache proved to be safe and kept the logins intact. Some accounts have become very problematic when needing to verify your account. They ask for information that was not originally provided. Some accounts ask the user to scan a QR Code, so if your Cell Phone was not originally part of that account validation, a hacker could use their own cell phone. Sounds like a potential security problem to me.

If you delete just your eBay cookies, you only need to sign back in to eBay; other sites are not affected.
In any case, very glad to hear that clearing your browser cache fixed the issue for you. It is possible that eBay changed something on eBay's end, and that lead to a conflict between the data in your cache and the data the site was delivering. Ordinarily the cache is updated automatically when that happens, but sometimes it takes longer than usual; in those cases, clearing the cache yourself can speed things up.

The problem came back. It only worked for a little while and stopped working. Deleted Cache for a 3rd time and it is still not working.

The fact that you saw positive results from clearing your cache initially indicates that there are likely other things you can try that will make a difference, even if the problem is due to something eBay has changed.
Beyond cache and cookies, you might look at different browser versions, or temporarily disabling add-ons to rule out an add-on conflict. There may be several factors contributing to your issue.

I already tried temporarily disabling add-ons, and it still didn't work. It's interesting to note that if I reboot the computer, it usually works for a little while.

Numerous problems introduced by Ebay Coders. The nightmare began 10-13-25. My system uses the Firefox Browser and Win-7.

A temporary workaround is to simultaneously press CTL+F5 and in 20 seconds the Zoom and the Links will work again like before. What you are doing is refreshing the page while bypassing the cache. You can keep deleting cache, but that only works for 2 or 3 tries and you would need to delete the cache again.

That's the problem.
Windows 7 was released in 2009 and Microsoft stopped supporting it in 2020.
No company supports outdated software in perpetuity; it's not worth the expense or security risk. You'll keep running into problems until you upgrade and should not expect eBay to financially support updates for software nearly 6 years past its life.
