Leaving feedback in bulk not working

Leaving feedback in bulk is not working. I wasn't able to leave it last night or this morning on Firefox, Chrome, or Edge. eBay displays the usual processing message:

We are processing your feedback for 17 orders. You'll be able to see the feedback once it's done. To automatically leave feedback, visit selling preferencesopens in a new window or tab.

However, no feedback is posted. The program allows me to try multiple times on the same transactions, but it never posts.

(Posting feedback one by one DOES work.)

UPDATE: It looks like the feedback finally posted. I don't know which of the 7-8 times I tried or on which browser it "took." Usually if you try to post it more than once, there is a error message telling you. With this new issue, that doesn't happen, so not sure if it's really fixed or not. I currently don't have any bulk feedback to leave at present to test.
