My Dad is having issues with his account since re-setting his password earlier on today.
- Recently sold item listing is not showing in App or on browser version
- Watch list is not showing the most recent items. It appears to have rolled back 12 months.
- Purchase history for the last 12 months is missing.
Is anyone else having this issue or know how to resolve it.

It sounds like your father may have signed in to a different eBay account rather than simply resetting a password. Perhaps he had an older account that he has not used in the last year or so?
If that is what happened, he should be able to sign out of this current account (with last year's history) and sign back in to the other account (with the most recent history and sales) using the original username and password.

This is a very strong indication that two different accounts are involved. Most likely, a new account was created by mistake about a year ago.

Thanks all. All sorted. It was due to multiple accounts.
To be honest, he didn't realise he'd set up a brand new account when you got a new phone.
