Has anyone had this happen to them in the past? I never had this happen to me before, and unfortunately it's still occurring. All my listings are done on my desktop. Last night, I made a revision in the description for a scheduled listing. After adding some more information, I then checked the preview, which showed the revisions, then I clicked "save." However, when I checked this particular scheduled listing on the Seller Hub, the revisions that I had just made to the description weren't seen. I checked my eBay app on my phone, and the scheduled listing had the revisions correctly displayed. I chatted with an eBay rep, and he said that he saw my revisions for this particular listing on his end. He suggested refreshing the page. This same scenario happened again tonight. I revised a description on a scheduled listing, checked the preview, which showed my revisions, then clicked "save." The scheduled listing on my Seller Hub doesn't show the revisions, but it shows up on my eBay app. I've cleared the cache on my PC, and then tried logging off eBay, then logging back on. I also tried viewing my account on another web browser. No change. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening all of a sudden?

Never mind! The listings are NOT fixed. I looked at them on my iPad (safari) this morning and they looked correct. Back to my desktop just now and the revisions are NOT showing. Here are all the listings:

ebay agent told me this AM in a chat that the problem is identified with internal ebay ALERT13312. I asked if I would be able to see the alert and the agent said they were sorry but, "The released alert is only given here by our system." The agent also said, "I understand how upsetting this is because I know that all you want is to sell successfully here on eBay and yet you are encountering a Technical Issue, but please give us a little more time to fix this because our Technical Team is already working towards better resolution and once resolved, the experience will return normal to you."

Because I did not have any bids on the item I couldn't revise, the agent said I could end the listing and then ask ebay to refund the end listing charge and ebay would do that.

I haven't read every comment in this thread but it seems others have experienced the same problem I experienced, which is that a revision in the description shows on the revision page that only I as a seller can see, but does not update to the page that everyone can see.

One of the listings is 373373025162. It is all I can easily find at the moment. Pricing updated okay, but description has not.

Please advise.

I have the same problem with Window 10 and Firefox. I am glad to read that this is happening with other browsers. I was worried that it was the last Firefox update.

It is AN EBAY PROBLEM. I have found that if I open the item up in different browser (on the same machine) the updates are there. I have also seen that if I close the browser that I updated the listing with and then open it that the updates are there. eBay has done something to the listing web page that no longer informs the browser that there is a newer version of the page. I didn't think that was possible but the coders at eBay have found a way to screw it up. I'm sure they were trying to limit the number of reads to lighten server load.

I check, and then recheck my scheduled listings all the time to make sure there are no errors. Sometimes I will go back to a scheduled listing and change the opening bid amount, or the buy-it-now price. I'm very finicky, because I want my auctions to go smoothly, and I want to make sure that all my descriptions are accurate. Now I have to play the waiting game until the tech team can resolve this issue. Even though they added my case to their "ticket," it doesn't mean they'll be able to resolve this problem in a timely manner, if at all. Now I have to worry if a bidder noticed the small cosmetic defect that's shown in the included pictures for one of my listings. I revised the listing description making note of this defect when this listing was scheduled, but it never posted when the listing went live.

Same problem here, item #185135375461, I had to go to the live listing and manually do a revision to the description. However, my additional International shipping did not show on the listing and there is no place to add it in the revised listing! BTW, I upload my items using Wonder Lister and my verified listings there all look correct. Just aren’t uploading correctly to eBay. Please add me to your list.

I just checked my two "live" listings on my PC that didn't show the description revisions that I had done while they both were "scheduled." Thankfully, they both are now showing the revised descriptions. Thanks for the help!
