Labels won't print right on thermal printer after selecting bulk shipping

I ventured out and tried the bulk shipping for the first time.  Somehow, the settings are using 8.5 x 11 paper instead of the 4x6 size for my thermal printer which won't allow me to print anything effectively.  It's either sideways or way to small to read when it prints out.  I've tried changing the settings in the printer properties, but somehow, an "ebay bulk shipping" application now controls the printer settings of this account.  How do I fix this????  My husbands account, who doesn't use bulk shipping, still prints fine on the thermal printer.

Did you recheck that the ebay label format was still set correctly or did it change?

What model label printer are you using and what size label are you printing?

OKI LD620.  Somehow, this application has even removed the 4x6" paper size from the drop down.  All printing is being controlled by this application and isn't corrected when I change the settings within the printer properties itself.  It's driving me insane.

The ebay label format has nothing to do with the printer's properties other than the printer should be set to the correct paper size.

Are you using the Mobile App to print labels?  If so, you have to make the label format selection on a PC first, then the App should show the correct format.

this answer is not helpful. I'm having the same problem and It definitely is not allowing for a size change. The size has been predetermined to 8.5 x 11 and there is no way to change it,

You guys sound like you're having problems with this selection feature for paper/label size, so I assume you already know this option is placed there... I'll just post this pic for anyone who needs help and doesn't know this is where you change it in Bulk Shipping Tool
