I am trying to relist some items and create some new listings.
It keeps constantly logging me out - and when I log back in (on the same computer that I was using a few seconds ago) it requires me to send a text to my phone to verify my identity. It keeps doing this over and over which is driving me NUTS and preventing me from using eBay.

Yep same for me for the last few hours it's very frustrating. I came here to see if others keep getting this issue. Keep editing photos and adding description and it kicks me off and I keep starting over.

Ditto....I called Ebay and they had me restart my computer....It worked until I hung up of course!

Hey @inceptions! There is a known site issues for sellers being looped to the sign in page when trying to list. There is an open ticket to have this issue resolved and if any seller is experiencing this they can reach out to customer support here and let them know that you are running into ALERT14165.

Its Almost June and yet this morning I am having this issue. Does Anybody know what to do?

Many different things can interfere with verification or signing in.
VPNs, hotspots, and privacy software or certain security settings can cause issues for some users.
So can browser settings such as blocking cookies or blocking third-party cookies. Or a corrupt cookie.
You may want to try another browser to rule out some basic browser issues first before examining your browser settings and add-ons. Preferably the latest version of a popular browser with default settings and no add-ons installed.
