If it isn't one thing its another. Trying to upload a product from Printful, where I have never had any problems, now won't publish because "Ebay API request failed and returned an error. Error: You've provided an invalid return policy."
Of course this is wrong. I have checked and doublechecked every single listing, my Business Policies etc etc over and over again. Spoke to Printful CS (whom you can actually get a hold of in less than a minute! ARE YOU LISTENING EBAY?) who say there is no problem on their end, its coming from Ebay.
Three days later error still there. I mean I could contact Ebay CS but I probably don't have another half century to wait. Any ideas?

eBay's APIs are one of the few things around here that (mostly) run well because all of the largest sellers use them and they demand some level of reliability. You're right that you won't get any help from eBay CS on this issue, but in all fairness it's probably not eBay's fault....Printful is passing something invalid to eBay. If their tech support is worth it's salt, they should be able to look at your account and the requests being made through their system to find out why the return policy being sent (by them on your behalf to ebay) is not working.

They keep saying it is an Ebay side issue- but of course, passing the buck is a well-known CS tactic. I will try again, and use the language you used and perhaps that will get me a solution. Thank you!

yeah still no resolution on this. I have spoken to Printful a few times, Ebay customer service- no help at all. Guess its just my sweet little special problem no one else in the world has lol.

I have same issue , dod you could make it fix, I tried many times and different products thinking they only want from your country to sell in your country. Please let me know in case you could fix it.

On Printiful click on the three lines on the left. Scroll down click stores, select choose platform. Re add the Ebay store. It will have you login to ebay . Choose a policy, hit continue
