There'd no information on the Sytem Announcements page, or anywhere els that I can find. Whatever is going on, Ebay is not talking about it.

I can load eBay I just can't load my purchase history to leave feedback. Kinda annoying. I hope this isn't throwing a monkey wrench in our sales. Get it together eBay tech.
