I have been noticing for a few days that views are not coming in and when they are coming in, they disappear. Views are still missing from my listing. Can you guys tell me what could be the reason for this?

t's been like that for a few hours - site wide bug.

This happens every now and then. I'm sure CS will blow up over this and it'll be fixed today.

Personally I'd do nothing on this particular issue, but if you want to report it to eBay you can.

The fastest/easiest way is to shake your phone while the app is open - or click the ? icon on lower right corner if on the website. On the pop up that appears, select the "report technical issue" link near the bottom.

As for the part about views showing then disappearing a couple days later - those are bot views that are removed when eBay's system recognizes them as bot views.

Hey @haseeka_0! hank you for reporting this issue. There is a sitewide issue with sellers listings views count being dropped to zero. There is an open ticket to have this resolved as soon as possible under ALERT16193.
