Items not showing when sorted by category

When narrowing down to a single category to try and see all items by ending soonest it is not showing any results. It will only show "other categories i may be interested in" and "limited time deala." This category ('Toys and Hobbies' >> 'Action Figures' >> Tv, movie, video games') usually has several thousand results. 

I've tried restarting my phone in case it was a problem with that but no change. Anyone know what's going on with this?

Same problem in Collectibles -> Comics -> Category (Modern, Copper, Bronze, etc.,) for the past 6 hours. Can't get to a listing unless it's already on my watch list.

Tried a few browsers on a couple computers with the same result. Definitely an issue on eBay's side.
