Items not getting renewed and getting ended/disappearing

This is a known eBay site issue that you guys are aware of, reference ID:ALERT 14496

This is still going on it's incredibly damaging. We had 5,627 USA based site listings late last night, and ever so slightly one item at a time these are disappearing from our active page when they end and don't sell, but then instead of getting relisted, aren't showing up in the unsold either. Just poof. Gone. Now the inventory is down to 5,515, so we're leaking inventory badly and I seriously have my doubts that you guys are going to be able to figure out where these listings went. That's months of hard work down the drain, this is my job/full time career.

It happens every year on Feb's end, but they also magically show back up in March. Happened to me a couple years ago and it was scary, but I do believe that will be the case again.

It's known as the Leap Year Syndrome ... it will NOT happen in a Leap year but every other year it does ...
