Items in cart disappear when I go to checkout

I am trying to purchase multiple items using the PayPal 6 months no interest purchase option. Every time I go to checkout, at least 1 item is missing taking the total below the $99+ threshold. Every time I check my cart to make sure all the items are there and they are. Each time I try it, a different item is missing from the checkout cart. I am not even able to get to the payment option. If it was the same item each time not appearing at checkout I would understand maybe there's an issue buying from a particular seller or the item I am trying to purchase it out of stock. It's a different item each time. I've tried it on the app and on my PC, same problem.

I am also having this problem, then on top of that paypal wants to split up the items at pay out which defeats the purpose of using paypal credit.

Get it fixed ebay!

Not all items can be combined at checkout; some require different payment methods.

This is not always true. I'm having the same problem today and all my items can be paid via paypal/credit. The system keeps kicking out one item even if I add multiples and use the remove function before paying. Very frustrating since I won an auction and now owe money (they also take paypal).
