Items in US Not Visible in Search in UK

This problem is happening even tho I have not set a Local pick up option , my items are not visible from the UK website.

Yes I have set a worldwide postage price

Is anyone else aware of this being a problem..?

From in the US, when I go to ebay.co.uk and use the link to your items for sale, I see 218 items when searching with a UK postal code.

Same results when searching on the ebay.com and ebay.ca sites.
