Item not showing as shipped in Paypal - the items says "needs attention" even though it shipped

A bit confused this morning as I looked in PayPal for items needing attention. An item that I paid shipping for and shipped it showing as "needing attention".  Also the shipping charge ($17.08 large flat rate) is not showing that I paid it in PayPal. Hey, I printed the shipping label and mailed the package. I also received an email from PayPal saying that I had done so.  Anyone else having a similar situation?

OK - I solved this. Found out that through the PayPal activity log (not the summary report) I was able to enter the tracking number.  Once I did that everything resolved.
