I have an item that according to my dashboard is still showing as "Delivered to final agent for delivery" as of....16 April
I contacted my local post office and after a week they confirmed that the item has been delivered
I've been in touch with ebay support and after 1 follow up and about 2 weeks still the status is as it is
Now I'm not really blaming ebay here since the USPS site seemed to be screwed as well, but how long does these things take to be resolved?
