Item descriptions are not visible on the phone ap? What happened?

Apparently many other users are experiencing the same problem. As far as I’m aware, there has been no official response from eBay. Does anyone know different?

There's a thread about this on the selling board with lots of ppl experiencing & I just heard from a  buyer about it 😞

I reported it. They had no clue and will get back to me within 48 hours. This is going to destroy sales immensely! Hopefully just a glitch.

I just started a thread too.  We can't print labels.  This is my 3rd glitch today.   Won't be able to keep customers, if I can't ship their items!
