They both show the item location as Novi Sad, Serbia now, but it was not an easy feat to achieve this.
Like I said in my post above: "when one is creating a listing and goes to this section where one can choose the item location, Serbia disappears, then reappears and then disappears again. It was only after multiple attempts that I was able to finally create the listing with the right item location, while the system kept playing hide-and-seek."
The same problem is affecting not only me but other people have reported this as well (pls see the post above, I've provided a link).
I should add that even when the correct location shows in the opened listing (when you fill out the details of the listing), it may change back to the US after you click on "List it" or "Relist it". So one has to paranoically double-check or triple-check that the item location is correct after listing the item.
The problem looks serious, because in the eyes of Ebay sellers may look like they indicate the US as their item location (wrong item location), when in fact they do specify the correct item location and it is the glitch that auto-changes it back to the US and hides the correct country of the item location from the list of countries and then puts it back in and then hides it again and it goes on and on.
