When editing the Item Description section, nothing is showing on the Buyer's view.

The edits are being saved, but they are not being displayed to the Buyer.

I know this because when I try to RE-edit, all of my changes are still there.

I save again, but when I view the listing, nothing has been changed.

This has been tested on multiple listings that I have and they are all doing the same thing.

Everything else is updating, like the Item Specifics, Title, Etc. It is just the Item Description section that is having the problem.

NOTE: If I right click in that Item Description frame and choose Open Frame in New Tab/Window, then I can see the changes. In the actual listing, the frame will not updated. Meaning that the eBay Wares are not reloading the frame inside the listing.

I was able to choose Reload Frame and it updated one time, but when I tried it again, the frame wouldn't update. It only updates when I open it in a window or tab by itself. Same thing happens on the 3 browsers I tried. So it is definitely an eBay problem.

ebay agent told me this AM in a chat that the problem is identified with internal ebay ALERT13312. I asked if I would be able to see the alert and the agent said they were sorry but, "The released alert is only given here by our system." The agent also said, "I understand how upsetting this is because I know that all you want is to sell successfully here on eBay and yet you are encountering a Technical Issue, but please give us a little more time to fix this because our Technical Team is already working towards better resolution and once resolved, the experience will return normal to you."

Because I did not have any bids on the item I couldn't revise, the agent said I could end the listing and then ask ebay to refund the end listing charge and ebay would do that.

I haven't read every comment in this thread but it seems others have experienced the same problem I experienced, which is that a revision in the description shows on the revision page that only I as a seller can see, but does not update to the page that everyone can see.
