I've noticed this more and more of an issue over just the past several days: When searching for computer parts, I like to search for new old stock (so new or open box). Problem is, when I click on the SEE ALL under the Item condition filters....
The pop-up box that is supposed to let me make multiple check marks for all the different filters I want to apply says "No Filters Available." And upon close inspection on the left-hand side of selectable filters, CONDITION just plain isn't there. Guaranteed Delivery and Price are there, but condition isn't...
So now I have to check these things one at a time on the left, and since each one auto-updates the results instead of there being an apply button so I can check multiple things (I swear there USED to be one of those years back), I have to check these things one at a time and wait each time for the results to update. So frustrating.
I wasn't even aware of all the other search issues people were having the past few days until I came in here to post this one. So I guess just add this to the laundry list of problems around here.

The filter options you see on the left side of the search results may change depending on what category you are searching, or whether or not any items in the search results actually meet that condition. Or eBay may be having problems with that feature in a particular category, as you have noted.
If you are using a desktop browser and looking for a workaround, to alter an existing search try adding this term to the end of your search URL:
&LH_ItemCondition=1500
Or else try picking another condition option like "new" or "used", change the number that follows "ItemCondition" in the URL to "1500" and then bookmark or save the search.
That should give you items that are listed as condition "new other or open box".
Some common conditions are:
1000 = new
1500 = new other (open box)
2000 = manufacturer refurbished
2500 = seller refurbished
3000 = used
7000 = for parts or not working
10 = not specified
You can combine two or more conditions using the pipe character: "|" (shift backslash on most keyboards, above the "enter" key), so to search both new & used add:
&LH_ItemCondition=1000|3000
Although it is possible to save searches with multiple condition filters using a browser, if you open that search using the eBay app, the app will not be able to properly display results with multiple conditions selected; typically the app will default to the lowest number condition selected, I believe.
