Issues with markdown sale

Started a 50% markdown sale today which is supposed to end Aug 14th

The listings all show the sale ending today in 11+ hours

Something is wrong

That item clearly shows the 50% off markdown.  Try clearing your browser cache to force a fresh page and look at it again.

It's because it was a Buy It Now listed 30 days Good Till Cancelled so the 11hrs was the 'auto relist' time. As of now, 7:27 am PST, it doesn't show any 'time ending' because it relisted, but will STILL show the 50% off. 

Curious though, a $7 plate is costing me (to NV) $18 to ship it? Why so much (10-1/2" plate should not cost that much; can even ship it USPS Priority Flat Rate Medium (the flatter box) for $14, or probably by weight for even less. 

Not sure anyone would buy a $7 item that cost almost 3 times that to ship it.
