Issues with creating a new listing on Ebay

I am creating a new listing and ebay will not let me select preowned for condition. When i cross post from List Perfectly the images are not copying ove and the condition is prefilling at NEW. I saved it as a draft then tried to sell similar and edit. Neither one is letting me change the Condition of the Item ---any suggestions appreciated!

What is it you're trying to list?

Some items, you can only list as new.

Used fragrances are no longer allowed on eBay as of 2021. I think they cracked down on that after COVID.

You can't sell used anymore, has to be new.
