This is an ongoing issue persisting for at least a year. I've spoken with CS several times and they all say they'll report it, but it's persisted too long and the problem is causing a big headache in my business record keeping so I'm asking for your help to escalate this to someone who will actually take responsibility for it and make sure it's fixed.
Downloads on the Seller Hub orders page are not working properly. The latest example is that today I tried to download the past 90 day history- but the downloaded report only goes back to September 30. All my filters are correctly set and the orders show on the Orders page- but not in the downloaded report.
So then I change it from 90 days to "last month" and while the Orders page shows the full history- the downloaded document shows only 1 line item?!
I spoke with someone from the Payments team earlier this year because I couldn't download info I needed and she said she would e-mail me the Order history. All she sent me was a sales tax summary- not my sales history- it wasn't helpful.
Can you help to get this fixed- and also help me to get all the info I haven't been able to download? You can e-mail me offline for any account specifics or if you want me to send you more details and the problem reports. I've already gone through it and sent reports to CS earlier this year but got nowhere.
And while we're at it- please escalate the FB that we need to be able to select a custom date range. Sellers ask for this all the time yet eBay hasn't made any changes. I can't believe eBay wouldn't offer a custom date range and the option to go back a full year as almost every other marketplace offers.

@coffeebean832 I'd like to take a closer look for sure. Can you send me an email with some of the files you've downloaded (if you are comfortable with that) and include the filter criteria you used for those downloads? I try doing some downloads as well to see if I can get similar results.
