Issue with shipping cost not taken out of Paypal and tracking not uploaded

Printed two labels through Ebay about 30 minutes ago. It took a minute or two each which is unusual in the first place but the money was not taken out of my Paypal balance and not listed on Paypal as even a transaction. Never had this happen as both labels look fine but Paypal does not list the labels as even being bought and the tracking data is not on the Paypal transaction either. Hopefully Paypal updates but weird the money was not taken out ASAP per usual.

PayPal is getting more unreliable as time goes by (lagging notifications, etc), and I did have a similar occurance with a label transaction taking about 10 min to show up recently (I noticed because printing Paypal order payment and shipping payment transactions to pdf is part of my order processing flow and I had to wait on it)

Manually enter the tracking number in the order transaction on PayPal to cover that part, and the shipping transactions should show up sometime.

Both labels showed up two days later. The worst part is I didn't have anough cash in my Paypal balance to cover the second label that was MIA. I had bought something in the meantime so I ended up funding the rest of the label cost through my bank account. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal(and it was only about $5) but I feel like Paypal still dropped the ball. You are correct, lately Paypal sometimes lags notifying me of payments received and even sending me receipts for items I paid for. One thing they have gotten better at bank transfers. Pretty much one day if the funds are transferred by 6 or 7 at night.
