Hi there, I have an issue with printing a shipping label. The address is in Puerto Rico, and I get the note; " we won't be able to print your shipping label". From yesterday till now, I have been trying to print it with some different package weight and size, but couldn't did.

What method of shipping are you trying to use?
Is there an issue with the address itself? It doesn't take much to cause issues

Is the state part of the address capitalized? PR for Puerto Rico. I occasionally get buyers who have the state lower case (not just Puerto Rico) and it won't let me print the label until I change 'co' to 'CO', for example.

...such as: listing Puerto Rico instead of USA in the Country field.
I would go to the ZIP Code verification page at USPS.com (https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm) and plug in your buyer's address exactly as you received it. Click the blue Find button and see what you get back. Look for any changes in naming, abbreviation or punctuation, and update the original address to correspond. (You are not changing the destination, just correcting the address.)
You should be able to print the label after that, as it is validated against the USPS datebase during label purchase. Good luck.

Thank you for your respond, I edited the address, but it didn't work. Still I am not able to print shipping label to Puerto Rico. I am very frustrated for wasting such a huge time to solve the issue. eBay should protect the seller and be more honest on its business.

Did you verify that the address exists?

After many attempt, I could talk with an eBay representative, and he said I need to go to the post office and mail it without eBay label. I paid for shipping the item $7 more than what eBay had charged the buyer.

I got to the post office and they got the correct address. I paid for the item 7 Dollars more than the shipping amount the buyer had paid.
