Issue on Seller Message Boards

Per eBay Rules - The Message Board is not to be used to sell Merchandise. Fee Avoidance policy

          There is a Brand New User Bombing the Board with ads to Buy Prescription Drugs.

Another Broken rule I'm sure as eBay is not a Pharmacy.
