That is indeed unusual. Did you try the upload more than once? Did you notice how many the '# of requested actions' was? You should still be able to see this on your upload results page.
Question...Did you create the csv file on a MAC computer? The csv file must be a MS-DOS csv. This will cause the file to have the correct line endings for FileExchange. You should have this option in your spreadsheet program.
