Issue In Creating List

I'm facing an issue in creating list. Recently, I received an email from Ebay  to verify my account. There was a link given to verify my Payoneer account's link with Ebay. After completing all, my Payoneer account was linked with Ebay which is still linked, but when I am trying to create a list, it's saying this "It appears that you haven’t provided the required information to confirm your identity or financial data. Until we receive that information, your listing and communication activity have been restricted to ensure a safe trading environment for you and the eBay community". 

Please let me know, how to resolve this issue.

I think you need to contact ebay.

How long has it been since you linked your Payoneer account?

It can take a few weeks or longer to get approved to sell.

Has Ebay sent you an email saying your account is ready to start accepting payments?

Until then, you can't list.

On 27th August, 2022, I received an email from Ebay that my account has been restricted and there was a link in email to remove restriction. I opened link and completed all the same day I had received email. But before this email, I had already linked my Payoneer account with Ebay and I have not received any email from Ebay yet.

Please let me know, if I am missing anything and thanks for your cooperation.
