Is there anyway to contact eBay representatives?

None of the phone numbers I've come across work, and I can't get someone to call me via the Contact eBay Help pages.

How can I contact an eBay agent?

Don't have eBay call you back. Better success with holding and staying in the queue.  At least from the U.S. standpoint.

I'm US-based, but what how do you even initiaite the queue? What phone number are you calling?

From the home page, scroll down to the bottom to Help & Contact, select Contact Us.  Then from the next page, scroll down to Contact Us and follow the prompt. This is give you a contact number to call.  BTW you need to be logged into your eBay account.

I've had success going through the Ebay for Business Facebook page for help.  Once there, click on "send message" near the top, (vs. just posting).  They will ask for specifics regarding your account, and they usually are able to help.  They will respond during business hours on weekdays.
