Is there an issue with photos not showing in listings, but showing in the listing backend?

I’m on the app. Loading photos. I can see them in the photos listing area, but as soon as I close it, they’re not showing in the listing preview. I saved it for later as a draft then reopened it. It just shows squares but SOME are there when I click on the photos area. ???? Is this a known problem? Anyone else?

I'm having also a problem with photos. They don't upload on my Mac Pro , I get an error message so I save it for later and uploading them from phone. This is recent since I updated to version macOS 10.15.
