HELLOOOOOOO!!!! TECHNICAL SUPPORT!!! MARKDOWN MANAGER STILL STUCK!!!!

Markdown Sales down, ALL NEW STUFF PENDING FOR 3 DAYS!! I've called and it was suggested to end the sales and start a new one. Guess what? Now I have over  300 items STUCK/PENDING! Unbelievable that a Silicon Valley company like eBay let things escalate to this point! Last week it was happening but eventually, the promotions would start.  Please can someone let us know when it will be fixed?

By the way, sellers should DEMAND technical support in the US! We pay a lot of fees but have the worst service!!!!  All websites I sell have people replying right away. We, in the US,  don't have A-N-Y technical support available!!! No e-mail, no phone number. One of the people from customer services in Phillippines said that there is no email, no phone number, NO WAY to communicate to report technical issues.

I got the same problem a few weeks ago when I tried to create a new Sale. It was Pending for a while too.  Also I experienced a lot of glitches on the eBay website within the last year.  I am also wondering what is going on with eBay.

Make sure you watch your listing really good. I had problems with Markdown and it listed all of my items with price cuts and I took a major hit on a couple of high priced items. Lucky sort of speak, I found this out just before I went to bed. It would have been a disaster if it happened while I was asleep.

Some items that I never put on sale showed up 15% off. I'm tired of wasting time calling to report technical issues.
