Is everybody tired of the technical issues and no response from eBay as much as I am!?!

 This is been going on for over a week and it seems that everyone is having the same issues with no help from eBay only excuses saying that it can't be from their end! 

  And I'm paying them over $1000 this month for the service!

Absolutely and of course! But welcome to eBay's game where they control the ball, the field, the Ref's, the coaches, players, and the sponsors...and if you have an issue they don't see as a priority in their game plan, they really don't give a rat's patootie. It's called taking advantage of people feeling wedged between a rock and a hard spot. They know and assume you will probably endure this nonsense, and could care less if you get fed up and quit. That is the bottom line message they have sent for ages, and it ain't changing anytime soon I would bet. Sad.

Seriously.....how hard would it be to implement, and how EASY would it be to put in to practice, to have a hired official ACCOUNTABLE tech support rep assigned to be tasked to daily monitor and reply promptly, to just this "Technical Support" section.....hmmmmm???
That alone is good elementary responsible Business practice 101, SMH.

I can only load 8 of the 12 photos on my listings. I have called Ebay twice and they blame it on my computer. It is not me or my laptop. I have done everything they suggested and still only 8 photos can be added. I really need those other 4...No help from Ebay at all. Very frustrating !!!

Yes.  I can't add anything to a collection yesterday, and it's still a problem today. I tried several times yesterday and it hasn't been fixed. It's like Ebay is some garage operation.

I have an issue today, A new one .I can no longer follow anyone ......Other than the slow  pages loading , Cant find anything when searching, Cant see every other sellers listings info , Its just blank in Firefox. Went from selling over 300 dollars a month to 50 dollars now, Good thing I am more of a Buyer ya think?

Ya...no response at all to technical problems is standard practice and is very lame. What's worse is when some "employee" comes on and declares that the issue has been fixed when most are still having the issue that day and many are still having the issue months later. Your Watch list doesn't work? You must be mistaken....that has been declared "FIXED" - 96.

UGH...I tried to edit my post to change the link to the "My Collections" issues thread in my above post, in that linked thread is where Trinton from eBay actually left a response. Here it is:

But when I edited my earlier post, it (SHOCK_HORROR) glitched and then the error msg. came stating I had "timed out of my editing option"....whattttt theeee.... It only took me less than a dang minute, seriously!!!   THEN when I tried again, the option to edit had removed itself completely from my posts options drop down menu.....IRONY,  but I am not amused. Can't even delete my first post...sigh.

do not dare try to use calculated shipping via USPS Priority Mail International to Canada from U.S. if the package is 100 inches length + girth because the ebay bots will red flag your listing and you will not be able to list an item to Canadians although package is well under the 108 inch length + girth max. dimension allowed..

@chuck-r, Nah, it would be tons better if it WERE some garage operation, because they'd be vying furiously for a piece of the pie, and consequently, would be all over any and all technical issues in a hot second

 

Now, the attitude seems to be, "Meh. We're aware of the technical issues. But, hey! Did you see the announcement about Ayden?! Cool, huh?...  Ooh, look... something shiny!"

 

Why would they worry their little heads over an existing problem that needs attention, when there are so many new opportunities out there to pad their bottom line?
