I am wondering if anyone is having trouble eBay UK  03/03/20 .

I want to touch base with a seller..I've purchased from about shipping details to me here in the States . Keeps giving message ...try again later..? When is later I have been trying for hours? Cannot contact seller, cannot find out what shipping method was used ..i am totally in the dark...and the dark...she frightens me...

How are you trying to contact your seller, from the Purchase History page or a reply to an older message? Is it regarding an item that was purchased more than sixty days ago? Or has the item been removed from eBay?

Try going to the seller's feedback page or profile page and contacting the seller that way, without referring to an item number.
