Is anyone else having problems with not being able to list items several days a week?

I am exhausted trying to list things and not being able to.  Several times a week, seems like only in the morning, I hit the list item button and it just buffers.  It is not my internet as every other platform is functioning fine.  I also get a message when I open the ebay homepage that says "Wheres all my stuff"  and it assures me everything else is working which is not true.  Please help.

Some users -- but by no means all -- seem to be having the same "Where's all the stuff" problem when listing, but the site does not actually go down despite the message you are seeing or problems you are having after seeing those errors.

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it before beginning to list. That has worked for some users, apparently.
