Update: (I am using a desktop, by the way)
Once I click to purchase label, the "eBay ship your order" page shows up, and then usually within seconds a pop-up appears where I can directly print my label--one click, and it prints.
That pop-up is not appearing.
There is a blue button that says "Print Label", so I click it. A new tab opens with a gray background. I've had to do this a few times before, and the label usually appears on this gray page within a few seconds. Now nothing.
So back to where the blue "Print Label" button is. Right below there is a button that says "Download" so I click it, and select "Open" or "Open when done" on my computer. Still nothing, same gray background.
I have to go into my download folder and find the label, open it, then print it. It worked, but what a hassle.
I don't think this is anything I did, as I was in the middle of printing 5 labels, got the first 3 printed, and then had problems with the last 2. I didn't change anything. Hope it goes back to the direct pop-up where I can click once and print, instead of a 5-step detour.
(If you have to do it this way, if you are printing multiple labels-- download one, print, then delete, or you'll have a bunch of labels and you won't know which is which.)
