Is anyone able to change their store banner?

Hey all,

I'm trying to update my store banner and featured listings, but Ebay isn't even allowing me to access the page.  It keeps asking me to sign in and every time I do it just asks me to sign in again.  I've tried different browsers and nothing is working.  Really odd.

Is anyone able to access their "Edit" page to change their featured listings and banner.  Thanks

I thought mine was working ... but i just tried to sign in and same thing.  it keeps asking you to sign in.

Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone in this.  I was going crazy 😆

Same here, It keeps asking for password but won't accept it and open the "edit store" page. It does however, recognize an incorrect password.  A lot of good that does.

I seem to recall that there is more than one link that works to get to a store -- perhaps using one of the others as a starting point might allow you to manage your store. If you are using an old bookmark, that might prevent you from using the manage link.

It might also be worth trying another browser as a test -- preferably one you do not normally use, one without any extensions or add-ons.

If you are using Firefox, try disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection on eBay using the shield icon to the left of the page address.

Disabling ad blockers, pop-up blockers, script blockers or other privacy tools on the sign-in or verification page can also help; many of those have settings that can interfere with verification. You may be able to turn them back on once you have signed in and updated your eBay cookies.

Thanks, I tried those solutions but still no luck.

 I called eBay this morning - they couldn't get those pages to work either.  They put me on hold and then said there is an ongoing issue and it will be resolved soon.  They created a ticket, so I'm hopeful the issue gets fixed.

Same issue here. I'm signed in but when I try to access my store I just subscribed to, it gets me to re-enter my password. But it never leaves that screen.

Same here. I DMd about the issue to the eBay for Business FB page. Glad to hear that it's not just me, though I'm frustrated that I tried 3 browsers and wasted 45 minutes on this!

Hello, I have been also having an issue when I want to edit my store it sends me to log back in but when i put in my password nothing happens. I have contacted ebay customer service I I went through clearing cache and using a private window ( I am on Firefox). I decided to quit the browser then opened it back up, went to manage store then edit store and I as able to get in. I told customer service I was in, they congratulated me.  I tried a few minutes later and to my disappointment I could not get in to edit my store once again. I still can't get in. I thought it was a Firefox thing but I have never encountered this issue before and now that I am reading this thread I now know its not just me so has to be an ebay issue, so frustrating.

I just left a message saying that I am having the same problem with my manage my store function.  I get caught in a sign in loop.  I hope that someone has some answers cause it looks like it is an eBay program issue.

Having same issues with the store banner and editing my store. Getting the "sign in and security code loop".

Ebay assistant said it was my computer and i needed to clear my cache, so i did so and did a reset and ran a cleaner on my computer..and still the same issues. 

I see now that it is not just my account or my computer.....wasted lots of time trying to fix this issue...thanks ebay for the run around 😞

When I talked to a CSR this morning they told me they were creating a ticket about this issue and that I'd receive a copy ... I never got anything. 

So, I hope this issue is actually getting worked on. 🙏
