I just had 2 invoices up from last night that I put together this morning, when I went to refresh the page so it would let me change the shipping it now says all the items are vehicles and can't be invoiced.
Same thing I have done for years and none are vehicles, just car brochures. So what changed while I was sleeping?

I just went to message the buyers to tell them invoicing is down and I will get them one once it is back up, but seems messaging is also down.

eBay overnight just **bleeped** up many categories. Hopefully temporarily, but it's 4th quarter and "**bleep** you, sellers" seems to be the message.

I just tried changing browsers from Safari to Firefox and it made no difference. Great way to run a business, but if we slip up at all or in the case of massive recent postal issues totally out of our control, it's to the dungeon for you peasant.

Nothing changed!
That is the problem, the eBay glitches are out of control and I don't think anyone knows where to start to correct them, it is a freaking nightmare site wide.

Seems I can atleast send messages now to tell customers the system is broken and I'll get an invoice once they fix it.

Now have 3 invoices to send and the system is still down. Tried both browsers again and nothing. Is anyone else having problems? Is it tied to just ebay motors since I keep getting the message that the vehicles can't be combined, since I list in parts (for an extra fee) or is it across the board?

System is still down a day and a half later. Hard to make money or pay fees if I can't invoice customers for their purchases.

Day 2 and it's still down. Is anyone else having this problem trying to invoice? Anyone else invoicing items in ebay motors?

Invoicing Still down. Does ebay ever fix anything or do they just create problems the users have to figure out how to work around? Meanwhile customers are getting nasty messages they need to pay, and I'm sending them emails that I'll get them invoiced as soon as ebay fixes the problems they created.
Why do they keep messing with things when they work fine.
I'm trying to recall one update or change that has been beneficial, and in 10 years, I'm really having trouble coming up with even 1.

Over a week and two calls to ebay. It's still broken. (is that acceptable) If it was us being negligent as a seller ebay would have already snatched our funds and penalized us.
Also found out there is an open issue they can't or won't fix regarding to answering questions about items. (not like that's an important feature anyways. 😉 ) When a customer asks a question I get an error try again later message when I send the message (of course this is after I typed up a detailed response so the message is lost)
I found a work around. I can message the guy directly from his home page, but I have to tell them why I'm randomly contacting them.
Odd part is if they have bought something from me, I can answer the message with no problem.
This has been going on for over a month. Now instead of fixing that problem, they updated the site and caused probably hundreds more problems to have to fix.

Now the customers are wanting to cancel the transactions. These were auctions and not something I can relist as I sell methodically to draw customers in to what I'm selling so they buy more and bid stuff higher.
If i just throw them on randomly they will most likely sell for a fraction of what they did and they are unique Items I have never had before and most likely will never see again.
Way to put it to your sellers ebay.

How many weeks is it acceptable for a feature as important as invoicing to be down? I guess if they stall another 2 and 1/2 weeks it won't matter as everything will be over 30 days and not able to invoice. Not a big deal except it is atleast a few thousand dollars in sales I can't invoice and several customers that will be upset and not enjoying their Ebay experience.
