How come the invoices do not show calculated shipping costs? I added international shipping as an option and accepted an offer from an international buyer and he is asking for an invoice. When I open the invoice to send, there is no shipping information. Shouldn't this information be pulled from the listing information? How can I ensure that I am charging appropriately for shipping?
Is this omission a longstanding bug or a design feature? What purpose does this design feature serve?
