A buyer emailed b/c they wanted to ship internationally & said the listing wouldn't allow them. I checked my business policies which are set up correctly, and is working correctly on some listings. Noticed the listings that had the 'SUB STYLE" error in athletic wear are the listings that don't allow international shipping.
There is a bug - please check your listings as if you were a customer to see if it shows you ship outside the USA.

I have had the same problem and also found out about it from a customer, but it affects every Item I list!
My business policies are set for worldwide international shipping with no country exceptions but as soon as I list an item (using my computer) I go and check the listing and under shipping it says "worldwide" but blocks all countries (a long list) except US and Australia!!!
This has been happening since spring of 2018. It affected several of my listings, I wondered why my sales were down and my auctions weren't going up as usual, international buyers couldn't bid! I lost alot of money bacause of this and it's still happening. I have figured out a work around but it takes longer to list.
I have contacted Ebay on several occasions. They are now saying it is a site wide problem and are still working on it. If you have business policies please check all of your listings!!!
