I am having a problem with my international listings. eBay servers in other countries are not removing my listings after I have previously sold them, then when I sell it again I have to disappoint and refund the client. Not good !
I have disabled my international options for now but it will cost me and I hope you guys will fix this.
If I have to refund an international client because I am "out of stock" does this count against me ?

"We guys" can't fix this as we're just eBay members like you. You'd probably be best bringing this to eBay's attention through the online chat option or a private message to the "eBay for Business" accounts eBay has with Facebook and Twitter.

I was hoping this might end up on someone's desk that mattered but really don't expect anyone from eBay to do anything. I am currently plodding through about 1200 listings to remove the international shipping options. I have constant problems with selling abroad including packages that get "lost" by post offices around the world. Decided it's not worth the problems and will be sticking to selling in the USA only
