I've setup an international Shipping Table to set rates by Weight, but when I check my listings eBay is handling the table unexpectedly. eBay is taking the base cost of shipping ($5.94) and then adding a full kg of weight cost to it ($19.50), regardless of the actually item weight. So everything is showing as the same shipping cost ($25.44). eBay should be taking the item weight and dividing the per kg added shipping cost, so if the item weighs 0.5kg then it should be the base cost plus 1/2 the per kg weight cost added.
Has anyone else ran into this issue and has anyone been able to fix it?
This seems like an issue with meta data in eBay's database or the code reading the meta data from the database.
