Is there another level of customer service that one can speak to when the 1st level agents are not able to help?
I am unable to purchase/print an International Shipping Label. I called on Monday and I was told it was a known technical issue, and that they would have my account resolved in 24-48 hours, so that I could send out my package. I called again today when I still couldn't print it after the 48 hours, and the agent just said he updated the ticket and gave me a reference number.
Unfortunately, I STILL can't print the label, and we are way over 48 hours.
I honestly don't know if its me not doing something correctly, or if its the known tech error (Alert 13738), but I think I need to speak to someone else who can actually help me real time, instead of sending it off for someone else to fix. I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow, and I can't wait any longer.
Any help or suggestions is GREATLY appreciated!

Are you able to print a label using Pirate Ship or PayPal while you are waiting for eBay to straighten things out?

Hello! Thank you for your advice. I have considered that, but I'm afraid that doing so would potentially leave me less protected if the buyer were to claim they didn't receive it. Also, the sales price was $383 and it is going to China, so, I'm even more cautious.

As long as you provide a tracking number, it should not matter which service you use to print out your label.

I too am having the same problem and I am being offered no assistance, why can’t they offer us these labels as it is obviously on their side! This is insane!
you are not alone.
