Does Ebay burp in photo loading sometimes? I had this problem for a day, a week ago, and it's happening again now. It fixed itself last time, but now it's been a few hours. I've tried multiple photos, direct from phone and saved to the laptop and then moved into the listing. Neither works.
I have photos on my desktop from my iPhone. JPEG format, less than 1600 on the largest side.
Yesterday, and earlier today, they loaded fine. Now I'm getting the error message. Nothing changed!
Just for fun, I tried to load a photo that loaded FINE just a few hours ago in another listing, into the current listing to see if it would load. Nope, same error. This photo worked fine in the earlier listing.
And while I thought it was fixed, it continues. I cannot load ANY photos right now (or yesterday). I have confirmed they are in x.jpeg format (I've tried png and heic also) and they are within the size parameters. I have tried to load from my desktop by either sliding them over or copy/paste. I tried to load them directly from my photos stored on my phone (where they were taken)
I am totally stymied in not being able to load photos, and therefore cannot create listings. I have of course done the reboot thing.
And, as I described above, when I try to load a photo that worked perfectly a few days ago in another listing, same issue. So I don't think it's my photos.
Try dragging and dropping. I've found that works when uploading is glitchy.
