The unfortunate reality is that there is no right place. This forum is the best choice for mentioning issues like this, but posters make the mistake of thinking they have eBay's ear and that someone will get right on it.
You are the only one to mention anything like this. It is the type of thing that many would miss or ignore- it sounds like a pretty subtle issue that isn't fatal when viewing listing photos.
As it is only you reporting the issue, there is a fair chance it isn't eBay and is something browser related on your end - an addon, a plugin, a recent Firefox update (the FF60.6.0 update on 3/18/19 or the 60.5.2 update on 2/22/19 for example), stale cookies, cached scripts and other and page content, etc.
As such, my view is it isn't valid to summon an eBay liaison at this point - a single report of a somewhat obscure issue is not likely going to even be looked into even if an ebay person says they will forward it to the tech people (that is what I meant by "in the scheme of current major bugs and glitches this realistically wouldn't even be on the radar")
Sorry, but this place does not operate like well oiled machines elsewhere in this regard. Tech issues are prioritized, and the general feel is more of a "run the bilge pumps, keep bailing, we have to keep it afloat" approach
Tried another browser? If Firefox did update, have you tried a previous FF version? Cleared cache and cookies? Any new addons, plugins, or other changes lately?
