I think this was reported several wks ago, but apparently the pinned thread at the top of the Tech page is not being kept up with reports.........
When you go to a listing and look at the lines of additional items.....ie. "similar sponsored listings, related sponsored listings", all show +shippping.......yet when you click into the listing it is Free shipping......... I checked the majority, but not all of each line in the following:
