So once again my mom goes to e-bay to buy masks and every listing was removed with no information given and no way to contact E-bay. SOOOO, she spent 200 dollars, all the listings were removed and when you go to press resolve a problem it re-routes you into a wrong page, so once again she has a bad experience on E-bay. Ya know, I can't blame her, in this horror of a situation all companies are answering there phones offering support and where is our support with E-bay, it's completely gone, Good job ebay, ALL THAT IS WORKING IS TAKING THE MONEY, YOU DO THAT FINE, WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO CALLS AT ALL, YOUR AN AMAZING COMPANY WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS AND SELLERS.

Mask are being removed because they are not allowed to be sold on Ebay.
When Ebay removes a listing, buyer is sent an email explaining what they need to do.

NO, NOT TRUE in my case. The email sent to me sends you to a link to no where. In my cases I will go thru my credit card and cancel the order. This is what I do. 100% effective.
