Improper sort order when viewing a seller's items

When I view items from seller "goforth" sorted by newly listed first, some of the newly listed items are at the top of the list where they should be.   But down near the bottom of the list are 3 recently listed items that should be up near the top of the list.   If I change the sort to ending soonest, then the sort order is correct.

At this moment, goforth has 15 items listed.   

The sort order for newly listed is incorrect on both my laptop and on my Android phone.  Therefore I have ruled out the standard clear cache & cookies as a fix.

Since this summer I believe, newly relisted items are sorted by the original listing date, not the relist date, though the relist date is the date shown in the search results. That is how an item can have the "newly listed" designation but appear at the bottom of the search.
